The traveling type mud suction machine, also known as the bridge type mud suction machine, is a specialized sludge discharge equipment for horizontal sedimentation tanks in water supply engineering and secondary horizontal sedimentation tanks in sewage treatment engineering. This machine can overcome the difficulty of scraping and collecting activated sludge with low specific gravity, high moisture content, and high water content. Currently, our company's truss suction machines are divided into three types: inclined plate (pipe) siphon suction machines, suction machines without inclined plates (pipes), and pump suction suction suction machines.

Working principle
The suction machine can choose between siphon or pump suction according to user requirements. The siphon type uses a submersible pump with a water jet or vacuum pump, while the pump suction type directly uses a submersible sewage pump to extract sludge from the sedimentation tank, and uses the liquid level difference between the sedimentation tank and the sludge discharge tank to discharge the sludge. This machine can suction mud while walking, and the number of mud discharges can be determined based on the amount of mud. It has high mud discharge efficiency and is easy to operate.
